Partner Profile

Lim Tuck Sun's primary focus is in the area of commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration. He advises clients on shareholders’ disputes and company law related issues, including cross-border disputes. He also advises on competition law, defamation law, IT-related contracts, and telecommunications matters, and handles related litigation. Tuck Sun is also empanelled as an arbitrator with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.

  • Certified as a 'Tutor Trainer Trial Advocacy' by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn (2011) and has been actively involved in the Advocacy training programme run by the Malaysian Bar.
